It’s up to you. Normally monthly but sometimes the frequency is increased or spread further out depending on your needs.

We predominantly conduct supervision sessions virtually using video conferencing, eg. Zoom, Teams. We are Rotorua based and regularly in Auckland, so those are locations that can be in person. Other locations will be considered with consultation and will most likely incur travel costs.

The Listening Commission works according to the provisions SWRB Code of Conduct and ANZASW Code of Ethics, and the Privacy Act 2020.
Confidentiality means that the Listening commission cannot give any information about you to someone else. However, there are some exceptions to this. The Listening Commission may give information about you to other people or agencies when/ if:
You give your permission to do so. If you are willing to have information about you shared with others this will be discussed with you and written permission obtained.
Your supervisor thinks you are a danger to yourself or to other people or that you are in danger of being harmed by another party. This will be discussed with you.
Client information is held in a secure location. Written notes are scanned and stored securely.

If you cannot make your appointment, please advise us as soon as possible so that a new appointment can be scheduled. Any appointments missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may incur half the session fee. Please text through cancellations rather than email or phone.
